Disappointed

Wasn't clear when ordering if it was for the large or the mini lunch box, unfortunately it was the wrong size and when I emailed, I got no reply to resolve.

Hi Casey, sorry to see you are disappointed with your purchase. I have searched my inboxes and can't find an email from you. I have had a look and can see that ordering the handle can be confusing. Sorry about that. I have updated it to say 'Large Lunchbox Handle' so there is no confusion for future customers. I have processed a refund for this item for you. If you have any questions please let me know. Thanks, Hannah.

Extremely fast shipping and perfect product

Exactly what I ordered, and it arrived literally the next day! Blown away by their efficiency and very thankful. Will 100% shop again

Great service, great price. Happy with purchase

Great item & delivery

Quick postage. Thank you. So good to buy parts instead of whole box.

Amazing service 👏

I ordered and then it was broken on the courier, they responded straight away and sent a replacement which arrived the next day! Absolutely awesome service 👏
