Black Friday begins on Monday 18th November at midnight and ends on Tuesday 3rd December at midday.
Orders placed outside of the Sale Period are not eligible for sale pricing.
Sale Pricing
Sale prices are as marked on our website or promotional materials. All prices are in NZD, and GST inclusive. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
The discount is automatically applied at the checkout. No code required.
The sale discount is only applied to orders placed during the sale period and cannot be retrospectively applied to pending or outstanding orders or orders placed prior to 18/11/24. Sale discount is not applicable to wholesale or trade orders.
Discount Codes
No further discounts apply. This includes, but is not limited to, influencer and content creator discount codes, email sign-up codes, and any other promotional offers. The sale price as marked is final and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
Need to make a change to your order?
If you have not received tracking information then yes, you can make changes to your order. Please email hello@littlegiantskidsstore.co.nz.
If you've already received tracking information then sorry, it's too late.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are not included in the sale price and will be added to your order total at checkout.
Standard shipping fees apply to all orders. Flat rate of $8.50 NZ wide and free shipping over $150. These are subject to change without notice.
I'll be aiming to get all orders out within the standard 24-48 hour dispatch time. If there are any delays you will find an update here.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control such as courier disruption or incorrect delivery.
Want to pick up your order?
Pick ups will be available as usual from 10.30am - 12pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Please wait to receive your pick up notification before coming to collect.
Returns and Refunds
Please choose your items carefully! Measure things up to make sure you have the correct size and double check your colour choices.
Any items purchased during the sale are final sale and not eligible for return, except in the case of defective or damaged products.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate an exchange.
No partial refunds will be given on orders made prior to the sale starting.
