Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to love your order! If something’s not right, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at hello@littlegiantskidsstore.co.nzand we’ll help sort it out.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and provide a suitable remedy.
  • Replacement items are subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, we’ll keep you updated on delivery timeframes.
  • You’ll receive a pre-paid return courier bag with your replacement item.
  • Please return the faulty item within 3 days of receiving the courier bag, in its original, unused condition and packaging.
  • Refund on a case by case basis. Faulty item will need to be returned at Little Giants cost.


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully before purchasing.

If we do approve a return outside of faulty or damaged items:

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Sale & Clearance Items

  • All sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or damaged.
  • Please double-check sizes, colours, and product details before purchasing.

If a sale or clearance item arrives faulty or damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and refer to the 'faulty or damaged items' points above.

 

Additional Notes

  • No partial refunds will be given for orders placed before a promotion starts or before items are moved to clearance.
  • Faulty or damaged items must be kept until the issue has been resolved.
